In March, 2012, Dianova became a partner of a renown family company, Catalunya en Miniatura, in the prospect of raising additional sources of income to develop the Dianova network’s various social projects. This innovative 3.0 business model resulted from a close partnership between a private enterprise and the non-profit sector.
Originally created in 1983, the Catalunya en Miniatura scale model theme park has been since dedicated to promote Catalonia’s most famous landmarks, monuments and cultural icons. Years later, in December 2008, an aerial forest park, the Bosc Animat or the Enchanted Wood, was built as a complement to the park’s facilities, allowing visitors to enjoy new activities in the midst of the wood, before or after their visit to the scale model circuit.
In 2012, the park made significant improvements to turn a day’s outing in nature into a genuine resorts experience where people can enjoy additional activities and share new discoveries and experiences.
